Refund Policy

Returns

Cork Solution’s offers a 30-day return policy for standard stock products that haven’t been used or modified. These products can be returned to our shipping facility. A restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from your refund. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We don’t offer style substitutions, exchanges, or deposit refunds for special ordered products. Special ordered products require a 50% deposit.
To initiate a return, contact Cork Solution’s for authorization. The authorization should be labeled on the outside of each carton. Returns may take up to 45 days to process.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm its receipt. You’ll be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund through the same communication method. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 45 days from the delivery date of your return shipment. The refund amount will exclude tax, shipping, and the 25% restocking fee. Once issued, you’ll receive an email notifying you of the refunded amount.

Return Shipping

To return a product, mail it to: 5315-B FM 1960 W #240, Houston, Texas, US, 77069. You’re responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If your refund is processed, the return shipping cost will be deducted. Shipping time for exchanged products may vary. For items over $75, it’s recommended to use trackable shipping or purchase shipping insurance. We’re not responsible for the delivery of your returned item; this falls under the responsibility of the chosen shipping or freight service.

Warranty And Limitation Of Liability

Cork Solution’s flooring products (Floating Floors, Parquet Tiles, and Wall Tiles) come with a 25-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If such a defect exists, we’ll replace the damaged product with the same or similar product of equal value, with color, design, and quality matching the original. Claims for defective products must be made promptly after discovery. This warranty applies to the original end user and is non-transferable. It’s not valid for seconds products.
For valid manufacturing defects, a credit will be issued based on the original purchase. The credit covers the affected material and doesn’t include labor costs. This warranty is valid in the continental USA, Alaska, and Hawaii. Consequential damages aren’t covered. No implied warranties extend beyond the terms of this written warranty.
Any apparent shipping damages or product discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of the shipping date.
