Shipping Rate Adjustments

Standard rates provided during checkout, except for flooring items (Floating Cork Floor Planks or Parquet Cork Floor Tiles). Actual rates might be higher based on order size, weight, and delivery location. Cork Solutions can adjust rates before processing, and will inform you of changes before processing. For these specific flooring items, we’ll contact you to agree on the best shipping method and rate, which will be a separate charge.

Freight & Taxes

Freight is from Cork Solution’s location. We prefer USPS, UPS, or R&L Carriers, but reserve the right to choose other carriers unless agreed otherwise. Freight and taxes are not included in the product price.

Delivery & Recieveing

Inspect material upon receipt. Freight carriers require signature, indicating goods received in excellent condition. Note damages on receipt (e.g. 1 carton damaged) along with your signature. Keep a copy for claim processing. Photos of damages on pallet can help. Don’t discard damaged goods or shipping materials. If excessive damages, note on documents and refuse shipment. Report delivery issues to us immediately. Report damages to Cork Solution within 5 business days for claim processing.
